OUR MINISTRIES
- Bible classes for all ages, from nursery to adults, taught by Bible believing, caring teachers.
- Full time prison ministry at Phelps Correctional Center. This has been going on for 42 years. We received a plaque for our long-time service. Each Lord's Day we conduct a worship service at the prison from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
- Children's programs. Children's Bible Story Time (CBST) conducted during the sermon on Sunday mornings. The BIG CLASS for all ages of children is held on Wednesday evenings.
- Ladies Bible study. Monday nights at 7:00 p.m. at the Jacksons' home.
- Youth Zone for teens. We have devotionals and game nights frequently.
- SonShine Kids. A club for the children. They meet, eat, do crafts and have fun!
- Campaigns for Christ in India. We support those in India that are spreading God's word. God is doing a great work in India, leading hundreds of thousands to Christ.
- Work with needy first grade students classes at DeQuincy Elementary School.
- Brothers Keepers. On Sunday nights, once a month our church family is put into two groups. One group meets at a member's home, the other group meets at the church building.
- Emphasis upon "Family." Our bulletin is called
"The Dequincy Church Family." We have a loving, caring family atmosphere here in DeQuincy that is noticed by all our visitors.
